our story

We’re hitting the road October 1, 2010 to explore and wander our world.  How long and exactly where we’re going is still a bit up in the air, and that’s the exciting part!

What we do know is that our adventure will take us to some pretty damn cool places; Redwood Forest, Napa Valley, Santa Monica, the Eiffel Tower, London Bridge, the Blue Mosque, Great Pyramids, Mount Sinai, Petra, Taj Mahal, River Ganges, and the beaches of Goa to name a few.  Something tells me that the actual adventures and the greatest memories, nightmares, laughs and tears will come from the less glamorous aspects…shared bathrooms & shower-shoes, 14 hour flights, rental cars in foreign lands, Indian sleeper cars, eating bizarre (and chocolate covered) insects, angry border agents, and washing underwear in a sink.

We’ll post and share whenever we can.  Looking forward to keeping in touch with all our family and friends in the weeks to come.
